POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Agents with day to day operational sales functions of the business including sales contracts and associated tasks from offers through to settlement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contract preparation
- Solicitor correspondence
- Communicate with agents
- Monitor impending settlements
- Compliance
- Answering customer service
- Manage a diverse workload
- Receipting & invoicing
- Arranging settlement gifts
- Processing listing agreements, property files & settlements
- Maintain and update client database records
- Perform general office duties as required
