Due to our client experiencing continued growth, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Australian team.

About the role

This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting our website solutions to potential clients, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential real estate principals across Australia.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with real estate principals and their teams.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Proxima's website solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Tailor sales pitches to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with a focus on long-term client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Proxima's website solutions and their benefits for the real estate sector.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering customized solutions to enhance their online presence and business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Collect client feedback and work with the product development team to drive continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the Australian real estate industry or SaaS (Software as a Service) sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian real estate market and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
