As part of a growing in-field sales team, your role will be to attend 10-15 in person meetings per week which have been prequalified and pre-booked by the internal customer service team. These are people/businesses who have made contact to explore solar energy options. Your role is to meet with the customer and through conducting a thorough needs analysis of their situation, sell them an appropriate solar solution.
While we're definitely keen to hear from experienced solar energy sales professionals, we're also interested in experienced sales closers and new business professionals from other sectors who have a desire to move into the renewable energy sector. Experience in face to face or on the road sales is essential.
From day one in the role you will be invited up to head office, to be put through a comprehensive training program, as well as spending some time in the field with existing high performers in the business to learn from the best.
Once your training is completed, you will begin attending your 10-15 pre-booked meetings and the rest is up to you. The role is commision only and you can expect to receive an average of $1100 to $1300 per sale. With 15 qualified meetings booked for you each week, you do the math.....
