About The Job

You will be joining a team of like-minded staff members and daily you will:

• Use your consultative sales to assist your customer on the floor in their selections
• Have the ability to read plans and assist with estimations
• Support your team by ensuring your shop floor is at its best at all times
• Presenting and organising quotations for your clients
• Be an active part of the team in both sales and service excellence

About You

• Show the ability to deliver exceptional service to your customers.
• Have previous experience in trades, flooring and blinds or other related fields
• Be willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges
• Have pride and ownership of your sales and service standards
• Have a proven track record of retail and sales experience, with trade sales an advantage
