Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Engaging with key decision-makers at C suite level to understand their pain points and needs.
- Collaborating with the sales team to create targeted outreach strategies.
- Nurturing leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualifying and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Staying informed about industry trends and latest features of the product to effectively communicate value propositions.
