- Identifying potential import/export clients to generate business.
- Achieve the business target by selling Freight Forwarding or allied services to potential clients.
- Recovery of money from the clients within the credit limit agreed by the Management.
- Ensure the profitability by benchmarking the rates approved by the Management.
- Inform backend operational/ customer service/ documentation / invoicing team about service commitment expected by the client.
- Follow up for the RFIs and RFQs.
