Job description

Jindee is a premium coastal land development in the northern corridor being developed by private developer, Estates Development Company. JOB FUNCTION:

This position involves providing day-to-day support to both the Sales and Commercial Development Manager and the Estates Sales Manager within the land sales office environment. Other responsibilities include planning and executing events for the potential buyers and residents of Jindee and a range of other identified stakeholders, whilst maintaining positive relationships with all the development stakeholders.

KEY TASKS:

Sales Tasks

  • Supporting the Estate Sales Manager - greeting and informing visitors as required.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the sales office and associated errands such as setting up temporary signage, ensuring public spaces are always clean and tidy.
  • Weekly CRM data Entry and maintenance
  • Weekly Contract collation and processing
  • Brochure collation and managing stock levels of various marketing collateral.
  • Assisting with arranging and hosting of home builder relationship development events.

Marketing Tasks

  • Updating online content each week (realestate.com.au and Jindee website)
  • Monitoring competitors offers and activities in market for inclusion in weekly sales report
  • Provide a weekly Jindee database snapshot report (graph) — Total Number, Age, Postcodes; Buyer Type)
  • Attend weekly Sales & Marketing Meetings (online or in person as required)
  • Attend monthly Marketing WIP meeting with agency as required
  • Assisting with the rollout of the signage strategy on site and weekly monitoring and maintenance of the of onsite signage (general signage, lot signs, sold stickers) and general inspections of the development presentation for damage and graffiti
  • Assisting in the development and posting of social media content, and management of the social media posting calendar.
  • Monitoring of social media activity and responding to posts as required
  • Communicating with community groups/stakeholders on sponsorship arrangements/promotions and investigating potential partnerships.
  • Assisting with advertising agency matters and liaising with Account Manager as required. 
  • Co-ordination of buyer Settlement Gifts with Sales Manager & Estates Sales Manager.

Events and Community Engagement Tasks

  • Planning, organizing, and executing community events including seeking relevant permissions and approvals.
  • Researching and producing detailed proposals for events including timelines, venues, budgets, suppliers, legal requirements, staffing and risk management.
  • Managing event budgets, required logistics, and associated risks for event delivery.
  • Liaising with Sales and Marketing teams for promotion of events.
  • Reviewing events and reporting feedback and lessons learned to management.
  • Liaising and managing relationships with all stakeholders including local authorities and residents of the development.
  • Identifying community issues and suggesting potential events to build positive relationships with buyers and residents.
  • Implementing the community engagement strategy to enable the delivery of the Jindee vision.

General Tasks 

  • Other general tasks as required by Sales and Commercial Development Manager, Estate Sales Manager, or other company Management.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Qualifications and/or experience in marketing or sales relating to property.
  • Social Media Experience.
  • Event Planning and Event Management skills.
  • Drivers Licence.

HOURS:

  • Mon - Wed:           9am — 5pm
  • Sat & Sun:             10am — 5pm
  • Extra hours, if required from time to time, for after hours events.

LOCATION: Jindee Sales Office and potentially one day a week at EDC headquarters in Nedlands.
