As the Sales Order Administrator, you will facilitate the flow of administrative tasks that will ultimately allow our head office and interstate branches to exceed our customers’ expectations. About the Role

Working collaboratively within the Orders team, we are seeking a bright, motivated people-person who is committed to providing exceptional administrative support.

This exciting role will put your ability to multitask to the test. Once up and running you will be required to respond to enquiries about contracted device and new installations, coordinate customer and contract setup and manage invoices and contract reviews.  To ensure you thrive in your new role you need to be proactive, enthusiastic, and can prioritise efficiently.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all inboxes across the Contracts Team. 
  • Manage contract setups requested by the branches
  • Set-up of Finance and Major Accounts contracts as required
  • Process non-standard customer invoices on time and accurately.
  • Investigate and finalise credits. 
  • Coordinate & finalise customer / service / account inquiries (including credit requests). 
  • Manage customer complaints regarding service billing including price increases and service account suspensions / closure for no payment of accounts.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the customer delivery address and service serial number databases within Sales Force and SAP 
  • Liaise with Accounts & Sales Admin staff to investigate problems causing uncollected debts
  • MPS Reporting

  • Ability to build relationships and deal with difficult customers
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
