Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative with a focus on Cold Calling to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales and make a significant impact in a growing company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce Premedia’s services and identify business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Premedia’s products, services, and value propositions.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or presentations with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve Cold Calling scripts and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients using CRM software.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and potential areas for growth.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with the retail display, signage, print, and promotional materials industry is a plus, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
