Our client is a very well-established asbestos & demolition company that's been in business for over a decade. With the success of the company, it is now undergoing a major reconstruction with a brand-new office/warehouse being completed in the coming months and is looking for a Sales Representative to take lead and manage the influx of inbound enquiries/phone calls.

Responsibilities
You'll be the first point of contact when managing inbound enquiries/leads and your main responsibility will be to filter out the time wasters, and converting engaged clients.
This will be a WFH role to begin with for the first few months while the new office space is being built.
- Providing efficient, reliable and excellent customer service to all new enquiries and existing accounts
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customer base to assist in the development of potential new business
- Meeting clients on site to estimate and quote jobs
- Sourcing and securing new customers in order to grow your customer list
- Effectively managing relationships with suppliers to ensure the most effective financial outcomes are achieved
- CRM and database management
Candidate
- Preferable have experience in the building solutions industry (fencing, scaffolding, tiling, bricklaying, building, construction etc.)
- Have a passion for finding business opportunities, leading to sales results
- Demonstrated experience in construction sales or customer service
- Ability to problem solve to find win/win solutions
- Reliable, trustworthy and have a positive 'can do attitude'
- Be persuasive, with a high level of customer awareness
- Computer literate and experience working with CRM's
