We are looking for a Sales Representative to maintain and build upon our growing list of residential and commercial clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an estimator/Sales Representative, has previously been in the construction or supporting trades industry, may have been on the tools and is now looking for a change into a desk job, needs to be computer and technology savvy.
You will be responsible for:
- Proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the residential and commercial sectors.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
- Conducting on-site assessments to understand customers' needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Providing detailed product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborating with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and staying informed about industry trends.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Quoting jobs and tendering
- Maintaining the Company's CRM
To be successful in this position you should have:
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with residential and commercial construction processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of garage door products, materials, and installation processes is a plus.
- A current driver's license.
