We're looking for energetic, team-players that enjoy managing a high volume of phone-based inbound sales. You'll be a driven, customer-focused Sales Specialist who is looking to advance their career with a rapidly growing business. There will be opportunities to travel to our customer events and meet our customers in person from time to time too!
  
As a Sales Specialist your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing an outstanding sales experience
• Developing customer enquiry leads to full development
• Managing high volumes of enquiries (predominantly via phone & email with some events & in-person assistance)
• Assist customers to process their travel booking
• Provide solutions to resolve customer feedback and complaints effectively
• Work collaboratively with our team to deliver industry-leading service

• An unwavering commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Proven experience working in a similar role (high-volume phone sales and/or travel sales) will be highly regarded
• Highly motivated with proven experience achieving goals 
• Confidence to engage with a diverse range of people and present professionally to customers either face to face, or via video
• Calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage the unexpected
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and administrative capabilities
• Comfortable learning new systems and digital technologies quickly
• Ability to work independently, with strong initiative and organisational skills
• An ability to work flexibly (including attending regular events) working on a consistent, flexible rotating 7-day roster
• Availability to work full-time (with full working rights in Australia)
