The Role
We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join our high performing team of sales and marketing professionals. This role is fully remote, and we are open to applicants from anywhere in Australia.
The role responsibilities
Our Sales Support Analysts will be responsible for:
- Providing updates and management of the RSG Customer Relationship Management system to ensure data quality and currency is maintained.
- Managing contract timelines to ensure that contract renewals and extensions are timely.
- Managing annual price increase invoicing
- Helping to organise and run customer user group meetings.
- Helping to maintain sales and marketing productivity tools.
Supporting the sales and marketing team by helping with:
- Documentation updates
- Quotations
- New customer announcements
- Website updates
Experience and skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft desktop software
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize a personal workload.
- Goal-orientated with the ability to overcome obstacles to find solutions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
