Gasweld Tools are looking for enthusiastic & reliable Team Members for our Lambton store,
On offer is a Full Time position with regular overtime on a shared rotating roster ,
A casual position is also available which includes Monday to Friday & some Saturday shifts.
Successful applicants will have a natural interest in tools and welding as well as a strong customer service focus providing excellent customer service both face to face and via phone. You will required to have a good work ethic with strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a small team. You must be fit and healthy as some lifting, packing and unpacking is required.
A solid technical knowledge of tools and welding or previous experience within the tool, hardware or trade industry would be an advantage. The Full Time position may also suit a tradie who is looking to get off the tools moving into a sales role while the casual role may be suitable for a student looking for regular work hours.
Roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Provide excellent customer service to our customers, face to face and via phone.
*Loading/Unloading of stock
*Maintaining store presentation and stock levels
*Assist with customer orders, telephone enquiries and emails
*Prepare quotes
*Inventory receipting and stock transfers
*Deliveries
