Havenhall is a fast moving dynamic sales and marketing company, selling baby and consumer products primarily into pharmacy. We are looking to work with someone who can help us and make a difference to our sales administration function.

The role
Providing a high level of sales support to the key account managers, field manager and Sales Team, you will also assist with office administration. A willingness to go the extra mile and strong computer and organisational skills are required. Main accountabilities and task will include:

  • Supporting key account mangers and Sales Team
  • Sales team CRM and technology maintenance
  • Customer contact and product knowledge
  • customer service and data analytics reporting
  • updating CRM database and software
  • Sales conferences, events and travel arrangements
  • Orders, emails and telephones, where required

What you'll need to succeed
You will have data analysis and administration experience, preferably gained within a sales support or administration setting. You will have customer service experience together Microsoft Office and IT Skills, with excel experience. You will have strong analytical ability, patient people skills, and excellent telephone manner which will be used in conversation and dealings with customers and Sales Team members.
