Sales/Administration Officer

Whybirds Removals and Storage is looking for an Internal Sales / Administration Officer to join the team in Darwin.

About You

You are energetic, dynamic, and have great communication skills. Your timekeeping is impeccable and you are reliable and hardworking.

Your Job Description will include:

• Internal and External sales
• Booking sales, invoicing and other tasks on Moveware
• Dealing with internet enquiries
• Reception duties
• Data Entry
• Cash handling duties
• Basic office duties
• HR support duties

In order to be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous sales experience;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Superb administration and numeracy skills;
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office suite);
• Be well organised with a strong work ethic; and
• Be a team member

The position is full-time and remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
