Salesforce administrator to assist with day to day running of the Salesforce organisation for configuration, automation and user management. The Salesforce Administrator will be required to communicate expectations on deliveries on cases assigned to them, using the current Salesforce Case Management process and managing those cases from open to close. supportive and fast-paced team both in a hybrid model where you will be given plenty of opportunity to work on exciting Salesforce implementations and projects. You will be supported in your Salesforce journey in securing deeper and broader knowledge and experiences in Salesforce.
You will:
- Maintain Salesforce configuration, automation (flows, process builder and workflow), object configuration
- System maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Maintain security structures - user management, profiles, groups, permission sets, etc
- Build and maintain Reporting and Dashboards for the business and team
- Manage business as usual requests through Salesforce
- Assist with enhancements and projects for Business Requirements and Salesforce Team to complete these enhancements/projects
- Ensure the correct release management process is followed for configuration and development.
- Maintain and document configuration and operational processes.
- Perform data cleansing and mass updates for users
- 2+ years Salesforce experience
- Must be Salesforce Administrator certified
- Knowledge and experience in administering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience working with Conga, Jira and Confluence
- Powershell/ PowerApps experience highly advantageous
- Ability to create flows, configure objects, fields, layouts etc. in SFDC, ensuring alignment with requirements and existing security and structure
- Salesforce User Management and Setup
- Understanding of Change and Release Processes
- Understanding of Incident Management and Service Request Management
- Experience in debugging or troubleshooting complex problems
- Experience in writing technical documentation or user documentation
- The initiative to run with a request/incident with minimal support and to escalate when required
