Exciting Opportunity for Salesforce Developer (Oministudio) to join our public sector client.

Hays Technology is currently partnered with a large public sector organisation located in Geelong, Victoria. We are seeking to appoint a Salesforce Developer for an initial 2-month contract with a view to further extensions. This will be a Geelong office-based role with hybrid working. In this role, you will be the critical resource for the Salesforce Application Development team within the Transformation program in the organisation.
Your new role
- Salesforce Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions, leveraging the power of Omnistudio and Document Generation.
- Omnistudio Configuration and Customization: Expertly configure and customize Omnistudio to meet business needs, including the following:
- OmniScript and Data Raptor: Utilize Omni Script and Data Raptor for efficient data integration and enhanced user experiences within Salesforce.
- FlexCards: Leverage FlexCard to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces for better engagement and functionality
- Integration Procedures: Integrate Omnistudio and Document Generation capabilities with Data Raptor, FlexCard, and other Salesforce modules and third-party applications to achieve a unified and efficient system
Foundation Document Generation: Implement and optimize document generation processes using Omnistudio, ensuring
What you'll need to succeed
- Technical Expertise: Thorough understanding of salesforce development in the areas of APEX, LWC, Salesforce Communities, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, Javascript, SOAP and REST techniques.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, resolving complex issues and ensuring best practices are followed
- Lightning Experience and Components: Utilize Lightning Experience and Lightning Web components, including, Lightning UI, Communities, Knowledge, Reporting, and Dashboards to enhance user experiences and drive data-driven decisions.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations and document generation processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability across all integrated components.
- End-User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users, enabling them to effectively use Omnistudio, and other relevant Salesforce features.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and system changes, including Vlocity and related integrations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features and enhancements related to Omnistudio, and other integrated technologies, proposing innovative solutions to optimize system performance.
