We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in a full-time role. The ideal candidate must have experience in building complex software solutions that include Salesforce as a component, excellent time management skills, a focus on quality, the ability to work autonomously and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Salesforce Platform (Sales & Service Cloud)
- Design and Implement Experience Cloud using Aura & LWR
- Design and implementation of lightning web components, in accordance with technical architecture and SLDS specification.
- Prioritise and deliver concurrent TechDev workloads.
- Leverage APEX for custom components, API’s or advanced database handling.
- Integrate Salesforce platform components with External applications using Declarative and Programmatic capabilities.
- Understand security and governance requirements of a project and incorporate these into the design of the solution.
- Participate in technical reviews within the project structure.
- Actively contribute to architectural and design decisions.
- Undertake hands-on development activities.
- Actively participate in driving continuous improvement measures to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of development processes.
- Identify opportunities to adopt innovative technologies and incorporate them into the team’s development processes.

Your qualifications and experience:
Required
- 5+ years in software development, using Salesforce technologies.
- Demonstrated experience working on large scale projects, and:
- Working closely with Project, QA and Business teams to understand detailed business requirements,
- Proactively highlighting and communicating potential issues that may impact project quality. - Demonstrated knowledge and experience in:
- In-depth technical knowledge in both LWC and Apex development, with a good understanding of the core Salesforce tech stack,
- Development experience with the Service Cloud or Salesforce platform, as well as Experience Cloud (Community Cloud),
- Creating unlocked, as well as 2nd generation, managed packages,
-.Java Script and Web framework.
- Apex Frameworks for logging, Trigger management
- Troubleshoot and Debug Apex, LWC and Integration Services
- Apex webservices using REST & SOAP
- Salesforce API integration using REST, SOAP - Demonstrated experience in:
- Salesforce CLI (sfdx cli),
- Git,
- Jenkins CI/CD,
- Linux shell scripts. - Proficiency in implementing secure coding practices
- A sound knowledge in Web Services and Design patterns.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Desirable
- A sound knowledge and experience of:
- Kubernetes,
- Authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, SAML. - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, II
