We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in Salesforce Program Architecture, with a strong technical background and proven experience in designing complex enterprise-class platforms. The role involves integrating Salesforce solutions, managing stakeholder relationships, and balancing program, project, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Architecture: Utilise over 6 years of experience in Salesforce Program Architecture to design and implement complex enterprise-class platforms.
- Technical Integration: Lead and manage the integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Program and Project Management: Balance program, project, and organizational goals effectively to meet business objectives.
- Innovation in Accessibility: Bring innovative ideas and approaches to enhance accessibility within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Salesforce Program Architecture with broad technical knowledge.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Solution Architect and TOGAF (or equivalent).
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- Communication: Exceptional listening and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Project Management: Strong ability to balance program, project, and organizational goals.
- Innovation in Accessibility: Ability to bring fresh perspectives and new ideas to improve accessibility.
Location and Contract Term:
- Minimum 6 months with a likely 12-month extension.
