Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven sales experience in a trade or retail setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with cloud-based data entry software a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Background in building, pool fencing, and/or balustrades, including quoting and material ordering (preferred but not essential).
- Experience with pool fencing & balustrade certification (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Based at our Victorian branch in Dandenong South, you will:
- Respond to trade and retail enquiries for quotes & orders via various channels.
- Engage with customers in the showroom, on the phone, through email.
- Uphold Glassfit's reputation by delivering excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs, solve problems, and offer effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regular trade customers.
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse staff, providing support as needed.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits as required.
- Engage new trade customers to build Glassfit’s share of the market.
