SalaryReference Number: 328 Closing Date: 18-01-2024 Employment Type: Casual Location: Dalby Saleyards About the Opportunity Council is seeking a Saleyards Cleaner to provide high quality commercial cleaning services, in a safe, efficient and timely manner, to the Dalby Regional Saleyards to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with Council's policies and standard work practices. This position is located at the Dalby Regional Saleyards on a casual basis. Reporting to the Saleyards Coordinator, you will be: Performing commercial cleaning of the Dalby Regional Saleyards facility including the scale house, toilets and bathrooms; Undertaking the removal of refuse, restock and replacement of consumable items; Performing the duties of the role within the allocated timeframes and in accordance with Council's quality standards. About yourself The successful applicant will have: Experience in commercial cleaning (including operation of relevant cleaning equipment); Knowledge of various cleaning and maintenance practices and procedures; Adhering to organisational policies and standard work practices (including work, health and safety, hygiene and quality assurance standards). A person in this position must hold either a Certificate II in Cleaning and/or or be able to demonstrate equivalent previous experience in a commercial cleaning environment.
