St Vincent’s Private Hospital production kitchen is a cook fresh facility with a high quality food safety accredited meal service, producing more than 60,000 meals per month. This is a large team of approx.
40 staff in this busy kitchen. You will be directly managed by the kitchen supervisor, them reporting to the Head chef. Over the next 12months we are looking to take the patient food offering to the next level, build a team to do what we do better, revise the patient menu, find new products and give the best service possible.
