Our client, a large Federal Government department requires an experienced SAP ABAP / Fiori Developer, for a long 12 + 12 month contract.

The SAP ABAP / Fiori Developer will:

• Work with the SAP System Support teams to provide technical support.
• Perform and oversee unit testing ensuring the appropriate standards and methodologies are complied with, and system integrity is preserved.
• Front end and backend programming for project and BAU activities including standard SAP ABAP programming, SAP workflow development, SAP front end Web Dynpro and Fiori application development.
• Using SAP Developer workbench to design, develop and maintain SAP solution using SAP ABAP technologies on both FI and HR modules.
• SAP FIORI application development using a combination of UI5 and oData technologies within the SAP ABAP/NetWeaver/SAP Web IDE environment.
• Use SAP Web IDE for SAP Fiori application development and maintenance.
• Use SAP Workflow development engine to develop and maintain SAP workflow solution.
• Support data extraction from SAP ERP for SAP BW data modelling, and for external systems.
• Design, develop and support system integration solution for internal and external system communication between SAP and non-SAP systems.

The SAP ABAP / Fiori Developer will have experience with:

• Design, development and deployment of SAP Solutions; including CDS Views, Workflow, Solution Manager and UI5 , Ideally experience with Cloud Solutions, On-prem and hybrid setups.
• Javascript, ABAP, SQL, Java.
• The development of FIORI apps.
• Proven web front- end and back- end development' experience.
• S4 HANA experience or native HANA development experience .
• ABAP Web Dynpro, Fiori, Adobe forms development, and BRF+ (Business Rules Framework) development skills.
• SAP BTP experience on Cloud integration, iRPA, aPIM is desirable.
• Strong SAP ABAP programming skills on both FI and HR modules.
• SAP web based programming (Web Dynpro, BSP and ITS Java Script) and development;
• SAP Workflow development.
• SAP form design using SAP Script and SAP Form technologies.
