SAP Architect (Techno-functional)

Our Client is a renowned Global Consulting firm, looking for an SAP Architect for their Sydney/Melbourne based projects.
 
Permanent Position 

Renumeration - $200k-210k+Super 
 
Roles and Responsibility

- Minimum 10+years of experience in consulting or pre-sales experience.
- Expertise in delivering projects related to SAP Successfactors OR SAP HR. 
- Consulting and stakeholder management and client-facing impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
- Consulting and stakeholder management and client-facing impact. 
- Strong analytical and problem solving. 
- Professional level of written and verbal english communication. 
- Good collaborative skills working in a team of other highly experienced members. 
- Health/Public sector industry experience (desrirable). 

The Principal SAP Architectwill build relationships and work with the following:

1. Customers: Client executives, payroll managers, HR & talent managers, operations managers
2. Team members: Industry leadership, account managers, project managers, and delivery consultants
3. Partners: SAP architects, and 3rd Party provider. 

   Management:

1. Works with minimal supervision and effectively as a member of a team.
2. Demonstrates ability to be self-directed and responsible for own professional development.
3. Exercises well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Demonstrates ability to deliver a high level of customer service whilst keeping focussed on organisation

1. Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, especially presentation skills.
2. Refined negotiation and influencing skills.
3. Excellent listening and diplomacy skills.
