Your typical responsibilities will include:   

  • The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst is to break down features and user stories into smaller tasks that developers can accomplish effectively.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in explaining Functional concepts to a development team.
  • Business Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience.
  • Essential qualifications include clear and concise documentation skills, adherence to Scrum methodology, experience working with 4-week sprints, and a proficiency in creating clear user stories.
  • Experience in creating User Acceptance Criteria on behalf of the user/end-customers for each story.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira as an Agile project management tool is preferred.
  • Good written and Verbal communication skills
  • Retail business experience (B2C) and stakeholder management skills are highly desirable.
  • Experience and effective working with an on-shore and off-shore team.
  • Experience in performing UAT along with Business users.
  • Experience in performing Product validation checks in pre-production environment.
  • Lead the Functional and requirement discussion during design and development phases.
  • Conduct due diligence of the product being developed by the development team via show and tell.
  • Support dev team and testing team in understanding of requirements as well as test cases.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Transition experience from vendor to vendor and global offshore experience are valuable assets.
  • Experience on SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP e-commerce suite (WCMS, Solr, HMC, CMS & Product Cockpit, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Import/Export Service, Catalogs, Categories, Products).
