SENIOR DEVELOPER
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AUSTRALIA AND MEET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF SUPPORTING ROLE CRITERIA’S
- Realises design, prototypes and testing support, and is responsible for the development of software and technical design.
- The role is responsible for the definition of software/technical design and realisation.
- The Senior Developer works under the limited direction of senior staff.
- They exercise both initiative and judgement in the interpretation of policy and in the application of practices and procedures.
- Decision making is substantially dependent on judgement, skills and knowledge.
- The Senior Developer manages and organises their own work in the context of competing priorities, including contributing to business planning, changes in workplace practices and business improvement strategies.
- The Senior Developer may manage a small team.
DEVELOPMENT EXPERT
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 7+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AUSTRALIA AND MEET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF SUPPORTING ROLE CRITERIA’S
- The Development Expert engages in the design and the development of high quality solutions in support of business and technical requirements.
- The role solves highly complex problems.
- The Development Expert exercises a considerable degree of independence and undertakes a technical leadership role, with work being performed under the general guidance of senior staff.
- The Development Expert may be responsible for, and/or contribute to the management of a team.
