Address Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join the team in Tarneit, VIC and play a key role in supporting their SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) system. Responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring the SAP system to meet those needs, and ensuring efficient and effective supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP SCM functionalities.
Understand and configure SAP SCM modules, including MM (Material Management), WM (Warehouse Management), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization), etc.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas where the current SAP system does not meet business needs.
Develop and implement solutions to bridge identified gaps, potentially involving system configuration, customization, or integration with other systems.
Create and maintain user documentation and training materials for SAP SCM functionalities.
Provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP SCM functionalities.
Participate in project teams for SAP SCM implementations and upgrades.
Stay up-to-dateien on the latest SAP SCM features and functionality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT,
15+ years of experience as a System Analyst and consultant with a focus on SAP SCM.
Proven experience in configuring and managing SAP SCM modules (MM, WM, EWM, APO, etc.).
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
