SAP Hypercare Lead

• 3 year contract + 2 x 12 month extensions

Our federal government client has been embarking on the largest ERP Transformation in the southern hemisphere.

The Program requires a Deputy Transition and Hypercare Lead with experience to govern the end-to-end transition and hypercare requirements within high-performing, scalable enterprise ICT functional solution in large, complex organisation. The resource must have in depth transition and hypercare knowledge including leadership experience in a complex SAP S4HANA environment.

You will be working within the Delivery Management Leadership environment and be responsive to various Delivery Leadership direction. The resource is expected to support the Transition and Hypercare Lead to govern and assure the organisational direction set by the Solution Leadership by utilising their extensive ERP overall SAP Transition and Hypercare experience, project management and demonstrated skills, including application of appropriate ERP methodologies.

As the Deputy Transition and Hypercare Lead, you will be responsible in the support of activities across the ERP Program Tranches and Releases with responsibilities to include:

• Have governance of the end-to-end parallel Transition and Hypercare aspects, leveraging current ERP and SAP experience – to plan, manage and govern activities of the Delivery Partners to ensure alignment with optimal outcomes for Defence and adoption of ERP implementation best practices, while supporting the program to deliver against agreed deliverables, time, quality and cost.
• Assure alignment of ERP transition and hypercare methodologies, tools techniques and approach to assure the end-to-end processes and aspects of the Defence ERP related activities, including the resolution of issues within Program timelines.
• Balance quality of proposed transition and hypercare outcomes aligning to the ERP design principles, service quality, and systems management considerations to ensure program schedule and quality targets are met and overall Defence outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience we are seeking includes:

• 8+ years of demonstrated SAP Experience in Sustainment transition of complex SAP ECC or S/4HANA solutions to sustainment / support organisation(s).
• Demonstrated experience and understanding and working knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Service Transition.
• Demonstrated recent experience working with SAP consultants, functional consultants, subject matter experts and support organisations during a complex transition of enterprise scale ICT systems.
• Demonstrated deep understanding of SAP Best Practice for transition and hypercare and experience defining and executing hypercare solutions as part of a complex SAP transition.
