Sap Platform Technology Architect

Role Overview:
The SAP Platform Technology Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and overseeing the ERP Platform's Target-State technical architecture, under the construct of RISE for SAP Cloud, S/4HANA Private Edition (PCE) on the Microsoft Azure Hyperscale infrastructure.
This key role in the ERP Digital Program will report to the ERP Program Architect and will be tasked with defining the broader roadmap across the Target-State SAP Application stack, evaluating technologies and products, determining, and enforcing standards, in alignment to the client's reference architectures and SAP reference architectures.
The key tasks for this role may include:

• Gathering the prerequisite information from multiple sources, critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details, for the S/4HANA PCE multi cloud design across the technology layers, network and infrastructure.
• Managing the provisioning of the S/4HANA PCE environments for the client with the SAP Cloud Delivery Team.
• Managing the SAP Cloud service request inline with the S/4HANA PCE Roles and Responsibility matrix.
• Managing the interconnectivity of the SAP Multi Cloud products between S/4HANA PCE, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, SAP SAC, and technologies SAP Cloud Connect.
• Interpreting business needs of the client and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills.
• Conferring with Project Managers to define concepts and using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems.
• Driving forward projects by acting as a liaison between business and ERPD project teams, providing clarity, strategy, and direction on business process and functional solutions.
• Assisting with RFP response and oral presentations to key stakeholders.
• Communicating key goals, defining responsibilities, and end deliverables to Executive Leadership.
• Ensuring that the technical solution designs proposed for the ERP Platform Target-State align with a one core design and enterprise Architectural requirements.
• Validating and challenging the quality of technical designs in alignment with solution build standards.
• Challenging the business requirement for a technical solution where relevant.
• Being accountable for assuring the ERP Platform target state is technically designed in a manner that promotes common solutions for all Divisions.
• Implementation the SAP Multi Cloud Technical Security Model that enables authentication and provisioning for all applications and end-users in the ERP Platform ecosystem.
• Defining interim states for security authentication provisioning where end-state models cannot support ERPD deployments onto ERP Platform.
• Assuring that the ERP Platform target state is built according to the Enterprise Standards of clientand is appropriate usage of the Technology.

Assuring that the ERP Platform target state technical design accommodates the business Non-Functional Requirements.
