We support clients to implement highly scalable solutions in Digital Core Transformation, Commerce and LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP and SAP Innovation.
This role can be based anywhere in Australia.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Seeking a very capable and well - rounded SAP SuccessFactors ECP and/or SAP HCM Payroll senior professional with over 8 years of experience in Australian payroll.
  • The SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant will work with a team to provide Payroll expertise to our client(s).
  • The day-to-day role will include consulting with the client designing and building solutions to suit business conditions around Payroll and Time Management
  • Lead or participate in Functional Workshops on EC Cloud Payroll Client and Project team.
  • Initiating design configuration and set up for Payroll Control Centre in Employee Central.
  • Configure data tables and Info type mappings for Success Factors to the ECP system.
  • Lead or participate in solution playbacks
  • Provide inputs into the cross-module design Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project/work stream remains on track and in control.
  • Interfaced and communicated with project team management and stakeholders.
  • Designed and reviewed SOPs (standard operating procedure) to streamline payroll process.
  • Developed the integrations which include processes maps connectors and many other components/steps to transfer the data from one system to other systems by performing required validations.
  • Lead and performed complete testing on time interface/payroll/off-cycle process.
  • Auditing daily jobs (uploading Kronos file/running defensive Quires/correcting sim errors)
  • Exporting Employee timecard data from workforce central to a text file
  • Provided support during Off-cycle payrolls and trained users on Off-cycle workbench.
  • Developed test plans against different payroll processes.
  • Bug fixed in payroll issues related to retroactivity and prior period adjustments.
  • Provided test case on tax calculation testing.
  • Executed live payroll off-cycles correction payrolls.
  • Worked on Over payment issues and Fix (generating claims and overpayment reports)
  • Generated Overpayment reports to audit recovery amount
  • Create overpayments in overpayments work bench
  • Deliver Quarterly and Year End Tax Report support
  • Prepared the Job Aids on different modules
Let's talk about your capability and experience:
  • Candidate should be someone with the following Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related discipline is preferred. Other degree holders will also be considered.\
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and should have atleast 2-3 years of Consulting Industry Experience
8-10 years of experience on SuccessFactors Implementation projects and working with packaged solutions or supporting SF clients.
  • Should have Employee Central - Payroll certification. Having additional certifications is an added advantage.
  • Experience with any other SuccessFactors modules
  • Good understanding of Australia and New Zealand payroll schemas.
  • Engage in consistent and ongoing interactions with internal and clients
  • Subject matter experts to enhance internal solution assets.
  • Ability to continuously improve the current solution offerings with an innovative ideas and design thinking.
  • Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
  • Excellent at prioritizing multiple tasks managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Serve as an advisor to other SAP SuccessFactors post-production support clients utilizing your expertise and knowledge of SAP
  • SuccessFactors application
  • Manage on/offshore resources
  • SuccessFactors Analytics / ORD / Adhoc Reports experience preferred
