We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Test Manager with SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris expertise to join our team.
Role Overview
You will play a central role in leading end-to-end testing efforts, across planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and continuous improvements. Your expertise in testing methods, tools, and automation will ensure we bring innovation to our clients and deliver on time and Quality.
- Work with Program and Project Managers to identify and prioritize planning and resourcing for end to end testing of SAP Commerce Cloud B2B Solution
- Ensure the testing governance across all testing artefacts and execution
- Design Develop and Manage end-to-end test scripts for all business testing and acceptance.
- Track and manage and mitigate and communicate all testing risks
- Clear stakeholder management and communication on progress and issues on the project including to Program Manager and Senior Management
Skills & Experience Prerequisites
To be considered for this role, we need you to have following skills and experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of SAP Test Management across largeSAP programs
- Deep Experience of testing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions
- Strong leadership and coordination skills with a proven track record of success in Test Lead roles within SAP projects, consistently delivering on time and ensuring quality.
- Experience in testing across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall projects, being able to adapt to various project frameworks and deliver optimal results.
- Hands on experience with a broad range of Test Management and Test Automation tools. Such as HP ALM, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, Tosca Tricentis, LoadRunner.
- Communication and collaboration skills, accustomed to working closely with both clients and global teams to establish and maintain robust professional relationships. You are a committed and inspiring leader who can rally your team
- Strong leadership and coordination skills with a proven track record of success in Test Lead roles within SAP projects, consistently delivering on time and ensuring quality.
- Strong ability to interact with business teams and technology teams
