Scaffolding Traineeship (Permanent Full-Time)

Integral Scaffolding is a fast growing, locally owned business that provides solutions in:

Integral Scaffolding are looking for the right candidate to join our team and commence a Scaffolding Traineeship.

A 24 month traineeship (with opportunities for ongoing work), the successful candidate will be paid to train, get exposure in Residential/Commercial and Mining work, as well as gaining a number of industry qualifications.

Qaulifications gained as part of the traineeship include:
 

• Cert III Scaffolding
• Basic Scaffolding
• Intermediate Scaffolding
• Working At Heights
• Forklift
• EWP
• Dogging
• Work And Enter Confined Spaces and more!
   

Integral Scaffolding offers above award conditions and staff earn above award wages. Pay will grow as the successful candidate completes further training.

At Integral we believe your last hour on the job is worth just as much as the first, and so as part of our wage package, we also offer:

• Superannuation paid on all time worked.
• Leave Accrual on all time worked (for permanent employees)

E.g. The trainee will be paid their base hourly rate, plus allowances, plus super and leave entitlements on all time worked.

• Be willing to work some weekends & away if required,
• Be willing to work 10 and 12 hour shifts,
• Be able to pass pre-employment checks including drug and alcohol screening and be willing for Integral to process a National Police Check.
• Be local or willing to relocate for a tree change,
• Have an Australian drivers licence (minimum C Class licence, unrestricted)
