We are currently seeking a customer focused Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team. The Liaison Officer will be responsible for superior customer service and efficient rostering of Home Care employees to ensure reliable and consistent service delivery to clients that effectively meets their individual needs within a Consumer Directed Care (CDC) environment.
This is an office based role located in ALSTONVILLE however, location may be flexible between Tweed Heads and Alstonville for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Certificate and/or experience in Administration
- Experience in rostering/scheduling using electronic rostering systems. (Experience using Alayacare will be favourably considered)
- IT skills (Word, Excel, email, internet, data bases, client relationship management (CRM) systems)
- Available to work flexible hours between 7am – 5pm.
- Current Driving License
- Current Police Check (conducted by UPA on successful interview)
- COVID-19 vaccination & current Influenza vaccination
