A new and exciting opportunity is available for Schedules Coordinator to join the Seven Canberra team working across our regional markets.

Based in Canberra and reporting to the Scheduling Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

You will be:

  • Preparing & finalising daily television schedules for on-air broadcast.
  • Managing the contents of commercial breaks and quality-checking prior to broadcast.
  • Confirming that finalised schedules adhere to industry regulations.
  • Operating in liaison with other departments and stakeholders to ensure all required data is correctly placed in daily schedules.

We are seeking someone with:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop effective business relationships.
  • Attention to detail balanced with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Top notch computer and data entry skills.
  • Attention to detail balanced with excellent time management skills.

This role requires you to work Monday to Friday, with later finishes regularly required.
