Screw piling/ Drilling Offsider

Ground Down Contracting are a small family business seeking 2x enthusiastic offsiders to work for our growing team installing Screw Piles and excavator-based drilling for residential and commercial applications around S/E Qld.

This is a great opportunity to learn as you work in the piling/drilling earthmoving field, without the need for prior experience on machinery although a HR truck licence and excavator ticket would be beneficial.

We are looking for long term employees, who possess a will to learn and good attitude towards hard work and working as a team. 

This role is of a physical nature and will require some heavy lifting and average 10 hour work days. Monday to friday with the occasional saturday.

All training will be provided by our experienced operators, job sites are all around Brisbane and surrounds and a travel allowance/ basic PPE will be provided.

Hourly rate can be discussed depending on skills/experience and licences, however this role is essentially entry level.
