face2face was founded in 2005 and is a 100% owned SME. We have 3 divisions in the organisation ICT, business support and recruitment solutions which is where this role sits under. We provide resources to not-for-profit, private and public sector, covering permanent staff, ongoing, non-ongoing, labour hire and scribes. We provide these services nationally to our clients.
Qualifications & experience
- Ideally if you have been a scribe or have an understanding of a scribes role on government panels and the merit system
- Exceptional communications skills and proof-reading
- Will consider people looking for a career change who enjoy being busy every day
Tasks & responsibilities
- Complete quotes for assignments
- Schedule scribes for won assignments
- Manage relationships with clients and our scribes
- Project Manage the larger processes, including touching base with the client and scribe for progress checks
- Supplying scribes with appropriate templates and timeframes for deliverables
- Conduct a debriefing (touch base) with client and scribe after assignment
- Quality check reports from scribes
- Work effectively with internal support person
