AddressTalent International is working in partnership with a high-profile government organisation to assist in sourcing a Scrum Master on contract based in Sydney Olympic Park
Working as part of a large Salesforce Implementation and reporting to the Program Manager, you will provide leadership to multiple Scrum teams in delivering projects utilizing Agile principles and practices.
The Salesforce program itself will digitise paper-based transactions with a single digital solution and Salesforce technologies leveraged include:
Community Portal, Service Cloud, Custom Apps, HR Service Delivery, Analytics
Key Duties
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a sustainable pace.
- Facilitate all scrum events within the team, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
- Recommend and implement changes and adaptations during the sprint retrospectives, which improve the efficiency or effectiveness of processes and/or enhance the quality of outcomes.
- Identify and resolve team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization demonstrating servant leadership.
- Collaborate with Product Owners/Business Analysts to engage, inform, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders about priorities of the team/project using product backlogs as the basis for discussions
In order to be considered, we are seeking experienced Scrum Masters with the following skills:
- Minimum of 5 years continuous experience working in an Agile framework or method, such as Scrum Kanban.
- Demonstrated agile delivery experience with detailed knowledge of agile methodologies including SCRUM.
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
- Experience in Salesforce implementations is desired but not essential.
- Experience with Service Now to manage project tasks and stories is desired but not essential.
