Currently seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our committed faculty. This position involves teaching Mathematics across Years 7-12, delivering engaging lessons that inspire student curiosity and foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Mathematics aligned with the Australian Curriculum and the college's educational objectives.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, ensuring all students are supported to achieve academic excellence.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate actively and develop their mathematical skills.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technology to enhance learning and engage students in mathematical inquiry and problem-solving.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to contribute to the Mathematics department and participate in school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities.
- Tertiary qualifications in Education with a focus on Mathematics (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
- Current registration with the New South Wales Education Standards Authority (NESA).
- Demonstrated experience teaching Mathematics across Years 7-12, with a strong understanding of the curriculum requirements.
