Hilliard Christian School is a Pre-Kinder to Year 10 co-educational school. We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the permanent part-time role (0.40) of Secondary Teacher (HASS) commencing in Term 2, 2024.
The focus of this role is on the planning, preparation and teaching of programs to achieve specific student outcomes. The teacher will be accountable for the effective delivery of their programs. The classroom teacher will utilise critical reflection in order to improve knowledge and skills to better engage students and improve their learning.
The successful applicant must:
- be supportive of the Christian values and ethos of Hilliard Christian School.
- have experience teaching from Year 7 - 10; and
- be registered with the Teacher Registration Board of Tasmania
This role will be remunerated under the Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Tasmania) Limited Enterprise Agreement with a salary range of $80,000 to $117,000 linked to teaching experience.
