The ideal candidate will have a passion for Hospitality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional fine dining experience for the customer. Position available for immediate start with 25-30+ hours a week with opportunities to move to full time or part time available for the right candidate.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a FINE DINING restaurant
- Good presentation and proficient level of English
- Availability to work lunch and dinner service, Tuesday-Saturday roster
- Genuine passion for hospitality industry and an eye for details
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
