Use your exceptional hospitality skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality.Main Role Responsibilities: Ensure exceptional guest service, from the moment a guest walks in, to the moment they leave Greet & seat guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks to the table Demonstrate knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality Maintain cleanliness and organisation of station and service areas at all times Proactively carry out any other duties as instructed by Crew Leaders Experience, Skills & Attributes: Experience as a Section Waitstaff in a premium restaurant Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations Adaptable and able to multi-task Passion for food and wine Outstanding time management Excellent attention to detail Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Ability to use positive language and communicate effectively with guests as well as other team members Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts Working with LUCAS Restaurants:People are at the core of our success and our culture goes beyond our workplace.
