Deliver exceptional dining experience and work with talented and passionate hospitality professionals. Experience, skills and attributes: Experience as a Waitstaff or Runner in an a-la-carte restaurant Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations Passion for food and wine Outstanding time management Excellent attention to detail Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Professional presentation and strong communication Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts Victorian RSA Certificate Working with LUCAS Restaurants:People are at the core of our success and our culture goes beyond our workplace.
