AddressWe are looking for confident Security Guards to join their team of Security Professionals in the Illawarra (Wollongong, NSW) area.
Various positions are on offer including Static guarding, Club and Pub work, and also mobile patrols.
Must have:
- NSW Security Licence
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Must be punctual and reliable with excellent customer service
- RSA is desirable however not essential
In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:
- Delivering friendly and efficient service to all patrons and guests
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and patrons
- Informing management of any incidents and developments regarding customer service and complaints
- Completing relevant records and reports as required with details of events
- Ensuring members and guests who are not granted access to the venue are professionally and politely prevented from gaining access or escorted from the premises
- Providing first aid assistance to patrons and guests when and if required
