The Technology division delivers the Group’s information technology and banking operations functions to ensure the highest levels of customer service through world-class process excellence and technology innovation. Cyber Security protects the bank and our customers from theft, losses and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk.

Your new team:
The Security Integration (SI) team protects the bank and our customers through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy, and operational risk.
The SI team is passionate about identifying opportunities to leverage existing and new technologies to mitigate risks that span across cyber, fraud, and protective security domains.
Your impact and contribution:
As the Security Integration Innovation and Remediation Analyst you will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager Innovation and Remediation. This role will offer you the opportunity to work on new and innovative projects and integration services including supporting the organisation on key remediation to ensure the safety of the wider group and its customers.
You will also:
Operate security technologies to support the function of the bank’s systems.
Create and or improve current toolsets to maximise the efficiency and productivity of the team’s technical capabilities.
Analyse and prepare reports on Security Integration activities, deliverables, timelines, impacts, and implications to team members and stakeholders.
Foster and support the management of team relationships through the provision of expert knowledge and reporting of the Security Integration domain to key stakeholders, technology partners, risk, project, and internal and external operational teams.
Build stronger networks through collaboration with interested parties, government, technology, banking, and law enforcement to increase responsiveness and intelligence gathering.
We are interested in people who:
Have a background in cyber security and or fraud operations who can work through ambiguity and can challenging the status quo to create innovative solutions. You will draw from your prior expertise to support the organisation on key projects and integration services all while supporting and guiding key technical and functional stakholders and teams.
You will bring:
A sound knowledge across Cyber Security domains e.g., Risk, Vulnerability Management, Detect and Respond, Cyber Controls, Fraud Operations etc.
The skills necessary to confidently communicate to senior leaders and address their pain points and provide strategies to alleviate issues.
Knowledge of various SIEM/Log platforms, e.g., Splunk, Exabeam, Elasticsearch/Kibana, regarded but not essential.
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline.
An enthusiasm to participate in and have membership of relevant industry associations such as CISSP, SANS, ISACA
