About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Performing lockup procedures
- Making incident reports and escalating to relevant MSS Manager
- Investigating disturbances and escalations if any
- Moving between sites in Melbourne and surroundings
Skills & experience
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- Current VIC Security licence
- Full VIC Drivers license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to work rostered shifts, including night shifts
