What you'll be doing
- Security Patrols
- Locking / Un-locking of described areas
- Managing Access Control
- Monitoring CCTV
- Observing, removing and reporting of Hazards
- Assisting clinical and non-clinical Team when required

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Must hold current NSW Security Licence Class 1A, NSW Drivers Licence Class 'C' and a valid Senior First Aid certificate.
- Providing service with a strong, responsive customer service focus.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply relevant legislation, policy and professional standards in the workplace.
- Demonstrated ability to complete routine event reporting, shift logs accounting for the duration of the shifts and routine patrols, and the ability to compile thorough and concise incident reports including statements suitable for presentation in Court.
- Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills and the ability to work as a member of a team in an often stressful environment with the willingness and ability to follow direction from team leaders in both clinical and administrative roles.
- Demonstrated ability in working in a team environment.
- Experience in responding to changing and challenging situations.
