Due to growth a brand new exciting opportunity exists with Wilson Security! Join a leader in security and progress in your career through working in a Training Manager role, Monday-Friday. This unique and rare role is Monday-Friday based across convenient locations in the WESTERN suburbs.
The main objectives of this role is to train, support and manage all Security Officers on site. You will act as a mentor and train Officers through all related security duties. This exciting role will have you be extremley hands on and pro-active when it comes to thinking outside of the box and training and supporting those around you.
Responsibilites of the role:
* Training and developing of current and future Security Officers on site
* Mentoring and guiding in the control room
* Conflict resolution and the ability to think outside of the box
* Leading and developing future changes
* Improving the quality and performance of staff
* Communicate with management on contract exceptions, trends, and issues
Essential
Certificate in Security
VIC Security license (Control Room Endorsement)
* Excellent written and communication skills
* First Aid Certificate
* Full drivers license and a vehicle
* Full availability Monday-Friday and the ability to work across MULTIPLE sites
* Sound computer skills (Microsoft Office)
* Strong interpersonal skills
Desirable
* Certificate in Training and Assessment (highly desired)
