The Role - Melbourne Security Relief Officer (Full Time Employment)

Due to continual growth, we are seeking experienced professional Security Officers to take on Full Time Relief Security Officers to join our well-established teams and provide support across multiple assets. As a Full Time Relief Officer, you have the ability to be cross trained across numerous sites that provides you with development opportunities, ability to have variety of experiences fostering greater exposure to systems, clients, stakeholders and developing knowledge and relationships.

Duties include but are not limited to:

•  Proven experience within the Corporate Real Estate and or Retail Security sectors (essential).
• Control Room experience (desirable).
• Knowledge of Fire Control Panel and Access Control systems (essential).
• Knowledge of various Access Control & CCTV platforms. (essential).
• An understanding of WH&S and the ability to identify & manage risks.
• Ability to work in a team environment (essential).
• Vigilance, proactive and situational awareness.
• Intermediate level with Microsoft suite of products including outlook, word and excel desirable.
• Ability to be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders across various backgrounds.
• Ability to perform foot patrols (unrestricted).

Essential Criteria:

• Must have full working rights (unrestricted).
• Must hold a Current Security License (essential).
• Must hold a Current First Aid Certificate (essential).
• Minimum of 5+ years' industry experience (desirable).
• Exceptional level of personal grooming (essential).
• Exceptional level of customer service (essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential).
• Ability to work flexible rotating rosters, day/night without restrictions 24x7 for a minimum of 6-12 months in this position (essential).
• Knowledge of various Contractor Management Systems (essential).

Renumeration:

• Weekly Pay
• Paid under the SSIA
• Above award wages, minimum of SSIA Grade 5
• Relieving officer allowance
• Minimum of 38hrs p/w
• 5 Weeks Annual Leave
• Superannuation

EGroup pays weekly in line with the Security Industry Award.
