This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team of professionals in a defence environment. The Security Risk Specialist will assist in the development of a Security Risk Profile, covering both physical and cyber security. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will typically possess an undergraduate degree (or higher) and 10 - 15 years of relevant experience.Responsibilities:
- Identify Enterprise Risk stakeholders applicable to the client.
- Incorporate risk scope from the Enterprise – i.e. other internal groups, and industry groups.
- Analyse controls and test their effectiveness, both those within and without direct influence, considering the ‘so what’ legislation.
- Assist in identifying ongoing assurance and compliance programs against corporate policy and required legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in Security Risk assessment.
- A recognised risk management professional qualification.
- AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance (or higher).
- 10 – 15 years in similar role.
- Undergraduate Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related discipline
- Familiarity of Cyber Security
- General familiarity with the Defence Enterprise
